General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and services provided by Blackpooltablehotel, 101 Piccadilly, London W1J 7JL.

By booking accommodation, dining, spa services or visiting our casino lounge, you agree to these terms.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are free of charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur charges.

Casino entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and over only, in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005. Valid photo identification is required.

Blackpooltablehotel reserves the right to refuse access or service where legal, safety or conduct requirements are not met.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
